Akasha Training

Tulku Khyungdor Rinpoche teaches Akasha Training as an introduction to an authentic Buddhist path of practice. The training includes exercises to connect body and mind, based on traditional Daoist and Chinese medicine and ancient Tantric Buddhism (Vajrayana). Holistic methods of western medicine are also included. Akasha Training is helpful for medical purposes as well as for the regeneration of body and mind and shows whether there is capacity for learning the original Buddhist path of practice.

Training in the Akasha Academy

Akasha Training is taught in various basic workshops, which are open to anyone without previous training experience. The workshops focus on the inseparability of body, mind and nature. Tulku Khyungdor Rinpoche uses special breathing techniques, meditation and physical exercises to show participants the fundamental connection between body, speech, mind and breath. The aim of the exercises and meditations is to connect with the nature of all things and to return to the origin of the breath, the source of existence.

The Akasha Training is currently taught in Kathmandu and Munich by Tulku Khyungdor Rinpoche. For further information and workshop dates please visit our website of the Akasha Academy Munich.
